🌺 What does 'OUR SPACE' mean?
Our Space- is a virtual space dedicated to supporting Trans & Queer identified folks.
Our, means all of us! It’s our space, to be ourselves, to support and strengthen our community. Throughout the queer liberation movement carving out queer-only spaces has been fundamental in community building and organizing for our revolutions!

Karen is a Registered Social Worker with PSC, supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ folks here in Ontario.

🌺 What can I expect from this event?

What you can expect this time (participation is optional but encouraged):
- We will start off with a mindfulness activity
- We will be playing Autumn Pictionary
- e will end off with a Vibe-check!

🌺 Do I have to show my face on cam?
To create safety, encourage vulnerability and community we would love to see you on camera. That being said, we recognize that for many folks this is a big ask, so you’re welcome to engage in whatever way feels best for you!
🌺 Do I have to speak?
You do not have to speak, and we encourage you, if you feel comfortable to partake in any activities or discussions that you find resonates with you.
🌺 What if someone says something that makes me feel uncomfortable?
We will make clear who our moderators are so you can let them know. They will be here to help with things like this! Your safety is our first priority! We have the ability to remove and block folks from the Zoom meeting. This event will be a casual, open, social time so we will have to navigate boundaries and conflicts of interests accordingly. To help with any misunderstanding, conflicts or alarming participants we will have our moderators well identified. That said, there is Zero tolerance for hate of any kind. Supportive and Open vibes only!
