Research (and common sense) tells us that one of the most important aspects of your therapeutic journey is your connection to your therapist! We have a team with diverse skills and experiences and honestly,  likeable personalities to make sure you enjoy your therapist and feel connected to them and your work together! 

Our unique Support System is of, by and for the Queer community.  Support for Two-spirted, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer, Intersex and Aesexual folks, from a Queer lens. 

We know you're busy and capitalism is exhausting! Being intentional when you schedule your therapy appointment is so important! Our team prioritizes being flexible and most practitioners offer evening and weekend availability! 

We were skeptics at first too- and three years later...10/10 would recommend virtual therapy! You get to see and engage in genuine relation with your therapist and cut out any travel time, parking and any physical barriers that make in-person therapy inaccessible. This makes your time commitment only exactly the amount of time you're in session! Having your comforts close by like your pets, comfy clothes and  blankets helps too! 

As a team of Registered Social Workers, it's our responsibility to do our individual work to repair the harm and actively dismantle our colonial roots. We all work from an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, feminist lens and seek to help you unpack and address the ways in which systems of oppression have harmed you.

Our team all practice through a lens of lived experience. We come from and live under systems of oppression ourselves as members of various equity-deserving groups. This deepens our ability to connect and hold space for the experiences and perspectives of our clients.
