More about my approach to Therapy…

I am an open and approachable queer Asian-Canadian (2nd gen) who is passionate about working within a person-centred, multi-theory framework. I approach the therapeutic space with a holistic, anti-oppressive and non-pathologizing lens that draws from culturally-inclusive, strength-based, trauma-informed, emotionally-focused and attachment-based modalities.

My personal belief is that therapy is about building a genuine connection where you can feel safe to navigate who you are, what has brought you here and where you'd like to go. This is why it is so important for me to bring my authentic self into every session and to lead with kindness and curiosity.

We are all striving to find safety, purpose and belonging in our lives. Often times, there can be many factors that contribute to and sustain our unique challenges. I am passionate about supporting individuals with topics related to intergenerational trauma, queer identities, neurodivergent identities, codependency, life transitions and stress management.

Together, we can uncover the path to who you want to be.
